terms

the basics

NihilUI is a World of Warcraft UI made by Dieman. the NihilUI addon is available on CurseForge. supporters also get the NihilUI installer from nihil.gg, which sets up NihilUI and its profiles in one click. by using nihil.gg or the installer, you agree to these terms.

your account

• you sign in with Battle.net, Discord or Patreon. one account per person: if you end up with two, merge them from your account page.
• keep your logins safe. what happens through your account is your responsibility.
• don't try to get into someone else's account, or into parts of the site that aren't yours.

supporting NihilUI

• memberships run through Patreon. Patreon's own terms cover prices, billing and refunds.
• you count as a supporter while your membership is active, plus 7 days of grace after a missed payment.
• link the Patreon account that holds the membership. one membership counts on one NihilUI account.

the installer

• each copy is made for one BattleTag and only opens on that Battle.net account.
• each copy runs for up to 35 days, and never past the end of your membership. download again for a fresh copy with the newest profiles.
• one BattleTag per account at a time: after you download for one BattleTag, the account can't make a copy for another for 35 days. if you linked the wrong Battle.net, ask us and we'll free it.
• the installer adds its layouts beside your own and never deletes yours. what it set up stays in game after a copy stops working.

what you may do

• use the installer and its profiles on your own Battle.net account.
• don't share, sell or upload the installer, its files or its profile strings anywhere else.
• don't try to remove, change or get around the BattleTag or the end date inside a copy.

ending access

you can stop at any time: end your membership on Patreon, and ask us if you'd like your account deleted. we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing copies or attacking the site. a suspended account can't download new copies.

our part

we work to keep NihilUI and the installer working, but World of Warcraft changes with every patch, and things can break. NihilUI is provided as it is, without guarantees. as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using it.

Blizzard

NihilUI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Battle.net are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. using addons is subject to Blizzard's own rules.

changes

when these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and we announce bigger changes on Discord. using nihil.gg after a change means you accept the new terms.
