install NihilUI

three steps, a few minutes, and nothing to set by hand. the installer adds NihilUI's layouts beside your own, so you can always go back.

become a supporter and sign in
unzip into AddOns

download the installer from your account page, and get NihilUI itself from CurseForge or your addon manager. unzip both into the game's Interface\AddOns folder, so NihilUI and NihilUI_Installer sit side by side.

Retail: World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns. WoW Forever has its own folder next to it, with its own Interface\AddOns.
run the installer in game

log in. the installer opens by itself the first time, or type /nihil install whenever you want it. install everything, or one part at a time, then reload to finish.

how access works

what you get: the installer and every profile in it, made for your BattleTag. it carries the latest profiles on the day you download it.
how long a copy runs: each copy runs for up to 35 days, and never past the end of your membership. download again any time for a fresh copy with the newest profiles.
when a membership lapses: you keep 7 days of grace after a missed payment. after that your copy stops opening, but everything it already set up stays exactly as it is in game.
one account, one Battle.net: the installer only opens on the Battle.net account it was made for, so link the one you play on.

"this installer belongs to another Battle.net account": link the Battle.net account you play on from your account page, then download again.
"this copy of the installer ran out": download a fresh copy from your account page. it carries the newest profiles too.
"Battle.net isn't answering": the installer waits for Battle.net to come back and opens by itself.
"do this after your fight": the game locks your bars in combat. finish the fight, then try again.
